Bruce Bolzle
From the beginning, KMO Principal and Co-founder Bruce Bolzle has been deeply involved in every aspect of KMO’s business. "My greatest satisfaction comes from solving client's real estate needs through consultation, confidential site search, built-to-suit development, and purchase/sale and lease brokerage services". Bruce's 40+ years of development and brokerage experience in over 70 cities in 17 states; significant background in zoning and entitlements, economic development and municipal relationships; and years practicing as an architect combine to unlock the potential of sites, buildings, lease spaces and complex real estate transactions for our clients.
Bruce has been active in numerous civic and community organizations including service on the boards of Preservation Tulsa, Tulsa County Historical Society, Youth Services of Tulsa, NAIOP, Downtown Tulsa Unlimited, Tulsa Metro Chamber, Tulsa Airport Authority and the Summit Club. He served for nine years on the Tulsa Board of Adjustment and for five years as Oklahoma Governmental Affairs Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Bolzle is a past member of the Tulsa Economic Development Commission having served as its 2009 Chairman and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Youth Services of Tulsa, as Chairman of Tulsa Open Space Alliance, Inc., and as Chairman of the Tulsa Chapter of ULI/Oklahoma.
Greg Owens
As Principal and Co-founder of KMO, Greg Owens doesn't see himself in the real estate development business. "We're in the service business — and we're here to deliver results," he explains. Greg brings his passion for his clients' success to every project, with a focus on developing long-term relationships. In all he does, he takes his clients' trust very seriously. Greg employs his business, financial and management experience spanning more than 25 years to guide his clients through the multi-faceted dimensions of real estate development. His career is best distinguished by the growth of KMO's clients, whose impact can be seen coast to coast. Greg graduated with honors from Texas A&M University School of Business Administration in 1982.
